I've been renting a 10x20 unit from this storage facility for approx. 5 years now. I've never encountered a single problem here: no bugs, no rodents, no thefts, no sketchy neighbors, no fires, no floods, etc... Well, I did encounter a sasquatch here once---or perhaps it was just a big burly hairy guy with bad posture---either way, he was super cool and helped me unload a heavy dresser...very nice! The staff that I've met have always been really friendly and helpful. Clean facility. Public restroom available. Some of the outdoor storage spaces for boats and things are nicely covered with aluminum awning, which will help keep your things at least partially protected from the harsh summer sun...I thought that was a nice touch.
